How this applies to our services

We run paid advertising and automated qualification to generate and confirm seller appointments on behalf of licensed real estate brokers. Our ad targeting is based on home-selling intent and geography, not on the protected characteristics of any individual or group, and our qualification and scheduling process treats every seller who responds the same way, regardless of who they are.

Broker responsibility

Brokers and agents who use CommissionX remain independently responsible for complying with the Fair Housing Act and all fair housing, licensing, and advertising laws applicable to their own real estate practice, including how they conduct themselves at appointments we deliver. Nothing in our services replaces or substitutes for a broker's own fair housing obligations.
